 （1） Leaving or entering the country with forged, altered or fraudulently obtained exit or entry certificates;
 （2） Using another person's exit and entry certificate to leave or enter the country;
 （3） Evading exit and entry border inspection;
 （4） Illegally leaving or entering the country by other means.
