Supervision charge standard:
 The construction supervision fee shall be calculated according to the business scope, depth, nature, scale, difficulty and working conditions of the entrusted supervision project and one of the following methods:
 Calculated according to the annual average number of people involved in supervision work: 35000 yuan per person per year.
 Calculated according to the proportion of project cost:
 If the project cost is 5 million yuan or less, it shall not be less than 2.5%;
 1.9% to 2.5% will be charged if the project cost is between 5 million yuan and 10 million yuan;
 1.3% to 1.9% will be charged if the project cost is between 10 million yuan and 50 million yuan;
 1.1% to 1.3% will be charged if the project cost is between 50 million yuan and 100 million yuan;
 0.7% to 1.1% will be charged if the project cost is between 100 million yuan and 500 million yuan;
 0.5% to 0.7% will be charged if the project cost is between 500 million and 1 billion yuan;
 If the project cost is more than 1 billion yuan, it shall not be more than 0.5%.
