Go through the company establishment registration procedures with the industrial and commercial authorities; 4. Obtain business license; 5. Go to the department designated by the public security organ to carve the seal; 6. Open basic bank accounts and other accounts in banks. According to the relevant provisions of China's laws, a natural person can only invest to establish a one person limited liability company. The one person limited liability company cannot invest to establish a new one person limited liability company.
