    The following evidential materials shall be provided for divorce:
    1. Provide valid proof of the existence of the marriage relationship.
    2. Evidence of marital affection. Proof of good or bad feelings after marriage or general cases, and proof of separation time and reasons.
    3. Provide the basic information and supporting materials of the children. Whether they are legitimate, adopted or step children. Whether the adult children are economically independent, the relationship between the children and their parents, and the conditions for the couple to raise the minor children.
    4. Evidential materials of the main causes of emotional breakdown. According to the third paragraph of Article 32 of the Marriage Law, there are five situations that can be regarded as emotional breakdown:
    (1) Bigamy or cohabitation of a married person with another person.
    (2) Committing domestic violence or maltreating or abandoning family members.
    (3) Having bad habits such as gambling and drug taking.
    (4) Separated for two years due to emotional discord.
    (5) Other situations that lead to the breakdown of the relationship between husband and wife.
    5. If a divorce lawsuit has been filed, the legal documents of the original case shall be provided, and if the lawsuit is withdrawn, the exact time of withdrawal shall be provided.
    6. Provide evidential materials for the possibility of reconciliation, including the information about mediation or reconciliation, the separation or common life of the two parties before the lawsuit, and the current relationship between the two parties.
