 Both parties reached a divorce agreement during the duration of the marriage relationship, and agreed on issues such as child rearing and property division. They went to the civil affairs department for divorce registration or to the court for divorce by agreement. After divorce, one party does not bear the maintenance fee, and the party who raises the children can persuade the other party to take the initiative to perform the maintenance agreement through the organization department (such as the organization or other social organizations of the party who does not bear the maintenance fee), relatives and friends to work. If persuasion is ineffective, a lawsuit may be filed in the people's court in the name of the child, and the other party may be asked to bear the alimony. The people's court will make a ruling according to law.
 [Legal Basis]
 Article 48 of the Marriage Law shall be enforced. If a person refuses to enforce a judgment or ruling on alimony, maintenance, alimony, property division, inheritance, or visiting children, the people's court shall enforce it according to law. Relevant individuals and units shall be responsible for assisting in the implementation.
