    Children born out of wedlock can prove their identity through the following aspects:
    1. The identity certificate of children born out of wedlock can openly recognize their blood relationship with the society through their parents;
    2. Take them to the police station to register their household registration, stating the fact that they are their biological parents;
    3. Parents take them to notarize the identity of children born out of wedlock;
    4. Letters and mails that can prove the relationship between parents and children can also be used as direct evidence.
    Article 25 of the Marriage Law stipulates that children born out of wedlock shall enjoy the same rights as children born in wedlock, and no one shall harm or discriminate against them.
    A natural father or mother who does not directly support a child born out of wedlock shall bear the living and educational expenses of the child until the child can live independently.
