（1） Notarization and certification of foreign marriage certificates
 1. Entrust a foreign lawyer notary to notarize the marriage certificate registered abroad;
 2. Entrust foreign lawyers to notarize the notarized marriage certificate in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country;
 3. The entrusted foreign lawyer will certify the marriage certificate notarized by the foreign affairs department in the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country.
 4. The foreign lawyer will send the identified legal documents to China for use.
 （2） Certification of marriage certificate in Hong Kong
 1. Entrust a notary lawyer designated by the Ministry of Justice of China in Hong Kong to do notarization (including audit and notarization);
 2. Entrust Hong Kong lawyers to affix the forwarding seal to China Legal Services (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd;
 3. Send the document back to the mainland for use.
 （3） The certification of marriage certificate in Macao shall be notarized by a notary lawyer appointed by the Ministry of Justice of China in Macao. It should be noted that there is no clear requirement for China Legal Services (Macao) Co., Ltd. to affix the forwarding seal on the notarial certificate.
 （4） Notarization of Marriage Certificates in Taiwan
 1. Entrust a Taiwan lawyer to notarize in a Taiwan notary office;
 2. The Taiwan notary office shall send a copy of the notarial document to the mainland notary association and the mainland party;
 3. The mainland side took the notarial document to the Shanghai Notaries Association for verification. It can be used after verification. About 180 to 200 yuan, of course, the situation may be different in each place.
