Claim can be made if no pay slip is issued. 1. If the employer does not issue a pay slip or if a labor dispute arises between the employee and the employer due to the payment of wages, the employee may apply to the labor dispute arbitration authority for arbitration according to law. If the employee is not satisfied, the employee may file a lawsuit.
2. Failure to issue payslips will constitute infringement on workers. If workers need to know the content of their own pay slip, they can ask the unit to provide it. Employees have the right to know their own welfare and salary composition.
