[Legal Opinion]
 According to Article 13 of the Measures for Payment of Litigation Costs, if the litigation costs are different due to different litigation cases, they shall be paid according to the following standards:
 （1） In the case of property, according to the amount or value of the claims, the property shall be paid cumulatively in the following proportions:
 1. 50 yuan for each piece not exceeding 10000 yuan;
 2. The part exceeding 10000 yuan to 100000 yuan shall be paid according to 2.5;
 3. The part exceeding 100000 yuan to 200000 yuan shall be paid according to 2;
 4. The part exceeding 200000 yuan to 500000 yuan shall be paid according to 1.5;
 5. The part exceeding 500000 yuan to 1 million yuan shall be paid according to 1;
 6. The part exceeding 1 million yuan to 2 million yuan shall be paid according to 0.9;
 7. The part exceeding 2 million yuan to 5 million yuan shall be paid according to 0.8;
 8. The part exceeding 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan shall be paid according to 0.7;
 9. The part exceeding 10 million yuan to 10000 yuan shall be paid according to 0.6;
 10. The part exceeding 10000 yuan shall be paid at 0.5.
 （2） Non property cases shall be paid according to the following standards:
 1. Pay 50 to 300 yuan for each divorce case. If the total amount of property does not exceed 200000 yuan in case of property division, no additional payment will be made; The part exceeding 200000 yuan shall be paid at 0.5.
 2. In case of infringement of the right of name, the right of name, the right of portrait, the right of reputation, the right of honor and other rights of personality, RMB 100 to 500 will be paid for each case. If the amount of compensation does not exceed 50000 yuan, no additional payment will be made; The part exceeding 50000 yuan to 100000 yuan shall be paid according to 1; The part exceeding 100000 yuan shall be paid at 0.5.
 3. For other non property cases, RMB 50 to 100 shall be paid for each case.
 （3） In the case of intellectual property civil cases, if there is no disputed amount or value, RMB 500 to 1000 shall be paid for each case; If there is a dispute over the amount or value, it shall be paid according to the standards for property cases.
 （4） 10 yuan for each labor dispute case.
 （5） Administrative cases shall be handed over according to the following standards:
 1. 100 yuan for each trademark, patent and maritime administrative case;
 2. 50 yuan for each other administrative case.
 （6） If the party raises an objection to the jurisdiction of the case, and the objection is not tenable, RMB 50 to 100 shall be paid for each case. The people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may, in light of their local actual conditions, formulate specific payment standards within the range specified in Items (2), (3) and (6) of this Article.
