1、 Procedures for two persons to apply for the registration of a partnership:
1. To apply for the establishment of a partnership enterprise, a registration application, a partnership agreement, a partner's identity certificate and other documents shall be submitted to the enterprise registration authority.
2. If the registration application materials submitted by the applicant are complete and conform to the legal form, and the enterprise registration authority can register on the spot, it shall register on the spot and issue a business license.
3. If it refuses to register, it shall give a written reply and explain the reasons.
2、 The partnership agreement shall contain the following items:
1. The name of the partnership and the location of its principal place of business;
2. The purpose and scope of the partnership;
3. Names and domiciles of partners;
4. The form, amount and payment period of partners' capital contribution;
5. Profit distribution and loss sharing methods;
6. Execution of partnership affairs;
7. Admission and withdrawal;
8. Dispute resolution;
9. Dissolution and liquidation of the partnership;
10. Liability for breach of contract.
3、 To establish a partnership enterprise, the following conditions shall be met:
1. There are more than two partners. If the partner is a natural person, he shall have full civil capacity;
2. There is a written partnership agreement;
3. Capital contribution subscribed or actually paid by partners;
4. It has the name and production and business premises of the partnership;
5. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 9 of the Partnership Enterprise Law of the People's Republic of China states that when applying for the establishment of a partnership enterprise, a registration application, a partnership agreement, a partner's identity certificate and other documents shall be submitted to the enterprise registration authority.
If there are items in the business scope of the partnership that must be approved before registration as required by laws and administrative regulations, the business shall be approved according to law, and approval documents shall be submitted at the time of registration.
