According to the Inheritance Law, notarization of testamentary succession must:
 1. All legal heirs shall go to the notary office in person and submit the original ID card and household register;
 2. In case of abandoning inheritance, the successor shall go to the notary office in person to handle the Notarial Certificate of Declaration of Abandonment of Inheritance or submit the original of the Notarial Certificate of Declaration of Abandonment of Inheritance to the notary office at the place of residence;
 3. The original of Death Household Registration Cancellation Form issued by the police station of the place where the decedent's household registration is located;
 4. If the heritage is a house, the original of House Ownership Certificate and State owned Land Use Certificate shall be submitted;
 5. Inheritance is charged at 2% of the total estate;
 6. The kinship certificate consists of the spouse, children and parents of the decedent (the deceased), which can be issued by the local police station where the decedent's household registration is located, or by the village (neighborhood) committee and signed by the township (town) people's government "The above is true" and stamped (original).
