 In order to legally sever the relationship with the biological parents, there is only one way: to be legally adopted by others, forming a simulated adoptive relationship of blood relatives. At this time, the law will recognize the termination of all relationships with the biological parents and their relatives. However, since the limitation of the above subject is adult children, according to the adoption law, the adoptee can only be under the age of 14. Therefore, it is impossible to sever the blood relationship between parents and children.

 The State protects legal adoptive relationships. The relevant provisions of this Law on the relationship between parents and children shall apply to the rights and obligations between adoptive parents and adopted children.
 The rights and obligations between an adopted child and his or her biological parents shall be extinguished by the establishment of the adoptive relationship.
