tolerable. 12309 is the national unified reporting telephone for procuratorial organs, which was officially launched and opened by the Supreme People's Procuratorate. This number, approved by the former Ministry of Information Industry, is a public service number and a special telephone for reporting duty crimes.
 Four points should be noted when calling 12309 to report:
 First, pay attention to confidentiality, and do not call in places where there are many people or where the informant may find out, so as to avoid the disclosure of reported information and retaliation;
 The second is to speak clearly so that the staff can record accurately;
 The third is to clearly state the reported matters, such as the reported person and the reported facts, so as to facilitate the investigation;
 Fourth, the informant can report anonymously or in real name. In order to facilitate the contact between the procuratorial organ and the informant, the informant may voluntarily leave his name and contact information.
 Legal basis
 If a person specified in Article 15 of the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China does not hold the post of a civil servant, a person who is managed by reference to the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China, a staff member of a public institution or a staff member of a state-owned enterprise, his illegal act shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
