The criminal law of our country stipulates that the person who commits a crime shall bear the legal responsibility, without involvement, and cannot involve other family members. Therefore, legally speaking, children will not bear legal responsibility if their parents commit crimes.
 But in reality, when parents or family members commit crimes, the society is biased against other family members who have not committed crimes. For example, if there is a malicious criminal act, it will affect the political trial of the child's civil servants. According to the relevant provisions of our country, if there are spouses, direct relatives, or collateral relatives who have a significant impact on themselves, they are being put on file for review, if there are collateral relatives who have a significant impact on themselves, they are sentenced to more than fixed-term imprisonment and are serving sentences, and other circumstances, the application for the relevant political and legal organs will be affected.
 Legal basis
 Article 16 of the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China, the State implements a system of job classification for civil servants.
 According to the nature, characteristics and management needs of civil servant positions, civil servant positions are classified into comprehensive management, professional technology and administrative law enforcement. According to this Law, other job categories may be added for those with special job titles that need separate management. The scope of application of each position category shall be separately stipulated by the State.
