 5. The supporters shall not refuse to perform their obligations of support by giving up or other reasons. If the supporters fail to perform their obligations, the elderly have the right to require the supporters to pay alimony.
 6. Supporters may sign an agreement on the performance of their maintenance obligations and obtain the consent of the elderly. The residents' committee, villagers' committee or the organization of the supporters shall supervise the implementation of the agreement.
 7. Family members shall be concerned about the spiritual needs of the elderly, and shall not neglect or neglect the elderly. Family members who live separately from the elderly shall often visit or greet the elderly; If a supporter works in a unit, the employing unit shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, guarantee the right of the supporter to visit his family and take leave.
