 3. The staff of the Civil Affairs Bureau will take back the marriage certificate and issue a divorce certificate after verification. Of course, if the conditions for divorce by agreement are met, it can also be handled in the Shenzhen court. After both parties reach an agreement, they can go to the court where one party's registered permanent residence is located to file a lawsuit for divorce, and then the court will handle the divorce petition of both parties by mediation. If they are foreigners and have lived in Shenzhen for more than one year, they can also be handled in the above way.
