 Xi'an residence permit handling process:
 1. To apply for a Xi'an residence permit, the applicant should first go to the public security organ of the place of residence to get the residence permit application form, and fill in the residence permit application form as required to ensure that the information filled in is true and valid. After filling in the form, the required materials should be used together with the information submitted to the window handler.
 2. After receiving the residence permit application form and materials, the window handler needs to verify the applicant's information.  3.
