If there is a divorce certificate or a court judgment, the other party's consent is not required to move the household registration, but the village committee or neighborhood committee and the local police station in the household registration area need to issue relevant materials.
 The divorced husband is not allowed to change his household registration. The following solutions are available:
 1. It is confirmed that the account is filed with the court in the case of the man. Because the household registration is shared by both parties, the man can sue the other party for infringement if he does not want to take it out;
 2. Apply to the household registration management department for replacement. Since the household registration is always unavailable, it can be confirmed that it has been lost, and the household registration will be moved out when the household registration department reissues it.

 Article 19 of the Household Registration Regulations states that when a citizen's household registration changes due to marriage, divorce, adoption, claim, separation, merger, disappearance, recovery or other reasons, the head of household or himself shall report to the household registration authority for registration of change.
