After settlement, the second housing loan can be made with the down payment interest rate unchanged. Because the housing provident fund loan is the financial support provided to meet the basic housing needs of employee families, and it is a "housing security type" financial support;
    (4) When applying for housing provident fund loan, the loan applicant must have a relatively stable economic income and the ability to repay the loan, and there is no other debt that has a large amount of outstanding debt that may affect the ability to repay the housing provident fund loan;
    (5) The purpose of the loan must be earmarked: the purpose of the housing provident fund loan is limited to the purchase of owner occupied housing with ownership, and the purchased housing should meet the architectural design standards specified by the Municipal Provident Fund Management Center. When purchasing a house for profit, the provident fund loan cannot be used.
    Article 12 of the Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund, the Housing Provident Fund Management Committee shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China, designate a commercial bank entrusted to handle housing provident fund financial business (hereinafter referred to as the entrusted bank); The Housing Provident Fund Management Center shall entrust the entrusted bank to handle the housing provident fund loan, settlement and other financial services, as well as the establishment, deposit and return of the housing provident fund account.
    The Housing Provident Fund Management Center shall sign an entrustment contract with the entrusted bank.
