Members of the Communist Youth League: members of the Communist Youth League of China, referred to as members of the Communist Youth League, are assistants and reserve forces of the Communist Party of China, and refer to Chinese youth who believe in communism and are approved to join the Communist Youth League of China according to the conditions and procedures for joining the Communist Youth League of China as stipulated in the Constitution of the Communist Youth League of China.
 Age limit: (1) Chinese youth over the age of 14 and under the age of 28 who recognize the league's constitution, are willing to participate in an organization of the league and work actively in it, implement the league's resolutions and pay league dues on time can apply to join the Communist Youth League of China. (2) League members who have reached the age of 28 and do not hold positions in the League should go through the procedures for leaving the League. (3) After joining the Communist Party, the League members still retain their League membership. When they have reached the age of 28, they do not hold positions in the League, and no longer retain their League membership.
