The three insurances for flexible employment are endowment insurance, medical insurance and unemployment insurance.
 The three insurances are not completely paid by the work unit, but by myself and the unit. According to the salary of the staff, the proportion of the unit and the individual is generally 20% for the pension insurance unit and 8% for the individual; 6% for medical insurance units and 2% for individuals; 2% for unemployment insurance units and 1% for individuals. Employers and individuals within the territory of the People's Republic of China who pay social insurance premiums according to law have the right to inquire about payment records and individual rights and interests records, and require social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consulting and other related services.
 Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise their own contributions.
 Legal basis
 Article 74 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the agency of social insurance funds shall collect, pay, manage and operate social insurance funds in accordance with legal provisions, and shall be responsible for maintaining and increasing the value of social insurance funds.
 The social insurance fund supervision institution shall, in accordance with the provisions of the law, supervise the income, expenditure, management and operation of the social insurance fund.
 The establishment and functions of social insurance fund agencies and social insurance fund supervision agencies shall be prescribed by law.
 No organization or individual may misappropriate social insurance funds.
