1、 If the other party falsely claims that he/she is mentally ill and does not attend the court session, if the court has notified him/her, he/she may make a default judgment without the defendant appearing in court. It is necessary to see what form the proof presented by the other party is, analyze whether the elements of evidence are complex from the form, and find out the false or unreasonable place from the entity by looking at the specific evidence.
2、 Article 32 of the Marriage Law, if one of the men and women requests divorce, the relevant departments can mediate or directly file a divorce lawsuit with the people's court.
