Those who engage in the business activities of entertainment places without authorization shall be banned by the competent department of culture according to law; When investigating and handling public security and criminal cases, the public security department shall ban those who engage in entertainment business activities without authorization. Where an entertainment place commits any act prohibited by Article 14 of these Regulations, the public security department at the county level shall confiscate the illegal gains and illegal property, and order it to suspend business for rectification for three to six months; If the circumstances are serious, the original license issuing authority shall revoke the entertainment business license and impose a fine of not less than 10000 yuan but not more than 20000 yuan on the person in charge and other persons directly responsible.
