    You can find it on the government population website. Conditions for marriage registration:
    (1) . Both the man and the woman who want to get married jointly apply at the marriage registration office with jurisdiction;
    (2) . The male of the party concerned is over 22 years old and the female is over 20 years old;
    (3) Both parties have no spouse (unmarried, divorced, widowed);
    (4) . Both parties have no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations;
    (5) . Both parties voluntarily marry;
    (6) The party concerned submits 3 recent half length bareheaded group photos of both parties with a size of 2 inches;
    (7) The parties shall hold the certificates specified in Articles 23 to 28 of the Interim Standards for Marriage Registration, namely:
    1. Mainland residents
    (1) My permanent residence register;
    (2) My resident ID card.
    2. Hong Kong residents
    (1) . Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents or home return permit for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots;
    (2) , Hong Kong resident identity card;
    (3) The declaration that I have no spouse and have no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party, notarized by a notary public entrusted by Hong Kong.
    3. Macao residents
    (1) . Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents or home return permit for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots;
    (2) Macao resident identity card;
    (3) A declaration notarized by a notary office in Macao that he/she has no spouse and has no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party.
    4. Taiwan residents
    (1) Taiwan residents' Mainland travel permits or other valid travel documents;
    (2) . The valid ID card of the person living in Taiwan;
    (3) A statement notarized by a Taiwan notary office that I have no spouse and no direct blood relationship or collateral blood relationship within three generations with the other party.
    5. Overseas Chinese
    (1) My valid passport;
    (2) A certificate issued by a notary office or competent authority in the country of residence, certified by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country, that I have no spouse and no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations with the other party, or the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country The certificate issued by the library that I have no spouse and no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations with the other party.
