The Marriage Law does not specifically stipulate the problem of the third party, but it stipulates that the husband and wife who have the obligation of mutual loyalty and cohabitation or bigamy with others should bear the liability for fault compensation. Legal basis: Article 4 of the Marriage Law
 [Family relationship] The husband and wife should be faithful to each other and respect each other; Family members should respect the old and love the young, help each other, and maintain equal, harmonious and civilized marriage and family relations. Article 46
 [Damages] In the following circumstances
 1、 If divorce is caused, the innocent party has the right to claim damages:
 （1） Bigamy;
 （2） The person with spouse cohabits with another person;
 （3） Domestic violence;
 （4） Maltreating or abandoning family members. In the new marriage law of our country, there is no clear provision for the third party. The law does not say that people should be punished by the law because they interfere in other people's marriage. However, for the party with a family, the innocent party can claim compensation if they cheat during the marriage relationship.
