First of all, there is a 15 day appeal period after the receipt of the written judgment for the first instance divorce judgment. During this period, the first instance judgment has not yet taken effect. Legally speaking, the two parties are still husband and wife. If they marry others during the appeal period, it will constitute the crime of bigamy.
 Secondly, for the registration of marriage, as long as both parties have the intention to enter into a marriage relationship and do not have the conditions to prohibit marriage, the marriage registration authority should issue a marriage registration certificate, regardless of the previous time as a limiting condition.
 Thirdly, both the man and the woman who got married should go to the marriage registration authority to apply for marriage registration in person. If the marriage conditions are met, the marriage registration authority should register and issue a marriage certificate. The marriage relationship is established when the marriage registration is completed. If no marriage registration is handled, it shall be re registered.

 Article 1049 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China states that both men and women who require marriage shall apply for marriage registration in person at the marriage registration office. Those who meet the provisions of this Law shall be registered and issued marriage certificates. The marriage relationship is established when the marriage registration is completed.
