A natural person can only set up one one person limited liability company, and the legal person of the company can not set up another one person (legal person) company, but can set up branches.
A one person (legal person) company can be established for a sole proprietorship of a legal person invested or controlled by a natural person or a sole proprietorship of a legal person invested or controlled by a non natural person. The company is a one person limited company (a sole proprietorship of a legal person invested or controlled by a natural person) or a one person limited company (a sole proprietorship of a legal person invested or controlled by a non natural person).
The law is based on the Company Law.
