However, if the court decides to deal with the actual property, it will usually ask the parties to pay legal fees. Of course, once the notice is given, it generally means that the court is more likely to leave. Finally, the court will consider the amount of property shared by both parties, and the litigation costs will be shared by both parties.
 Second, legal fees for suing for divorce
 There are differences in the fees charged by lawyers. Some lawyers charge 2000 or 3000 yuan for the first instance of a divorce case, while others can reach 10000 or 20000 yuan or more. As for hiring well-known lawyers or lawyers with high professional level to act as agents, the fees may be more than 20000 yuan.
 In addition, filing for divorce may also result in lost wages, lawyers' travel fees, accommodation fees and other expenses.
