1、 If there is no will, the inheritance can be handled according to legal inheritance. The inheritance order of legal inheritance is:
 First order: spouse, children, parents.
 The second order: brothers and sisters, grandparents, maternal grandparents.
 After the beginning of succession, the successor in the first order shall inherit, and the second successor shall not inherit.
 If there is no successor in the first order, the successor in the second order shall inherit.
 In legal succession, there are two cases where there is no successor in the first order:
 1. There is no heir in the first order or the heir in the first order has died;
 2. Successors in the first order have all abandoned their inheritance rights or lost their inheritance rights.
 In either case, if there is a successor in the second order, the successor in the second order shall inherit.
