Materials required for overseas Chinese marriage:
1、 My valid passport;
2、 A certificate issued by a notary office or an authority in the country of residence and certified by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country that I have no spouse, and that I have no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations with the other party;
3、 Relevant certificates issued by countries without diplomatic relations with China.
Materials to be submitted by mainland residents:
1、 Three residence books, ID cards and two person photos;
2、 A signed statement stating that he/she has no spouse and has no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations with the other party;
3、 Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents hold their own valid pass, ID card, three photos of two people, a statement that they have no spouse notarized by the notary office in their place of residence, and that they have no direct blood relatives or collateral blood relatives within three generations with the other party.
