I am an A2 driver's license. It has not been reviewed for three years. Has it been cancelled? If the driver's license has expired for more than one year and has not been renewed, the vehicle management office will cancel the driver's license. A2 driver's license is not subject to annual review if there is no score deduction record in these three years. However, if there is no score deduction record every year and the annual review has not been conducted for three consecutive years, the driver's license will be downgraded and the driving qualification of the highest permitted model will be cancelled. According to Article 77 of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses, if a motor vehicle driver has one of the following circumstances, the vehicle management office shall cancel his motor vehicle driving license.
