 Or if a minor causes personal injury to all of his people, he shall bear the liability for compensation corresponding to his fault.
 If the school fails to prevent students from leaving school on the way to school and fails to ensure students' safety and order, resulting in student injuries due to crowding, the school should bear certain liability for compensation
 Legal basis: Article 40 of the Tort Liability Law: during the period when a person without or with limited capacity for civil conduct studies and lives in a kindergarten, school or other educational institution;
 In case of personal injury caused by persons other than kindergartens, schools or other institutions of education, the infringer shall bear the liability for infringement; If kindergartens, schools or other educational institutions fail to fulfill their management responsibilities, they shall assume corresponding supplementary responsibilities.
