In case of any of the following circumstances, employees can apply for withdrawal of housing provident fund.
 （1） In case of purchase of self occupied housing, the purchase contract, agreement or other certificates shall be provided
 （2） For the purchase of self occupied housing, the approval documents or other supporting documents of the administrative departments in charge of construction, land, etc. shall be provided
 （3） For rebuilding or overhauling self owned housing, approval documents or other supporting documents from the planning administration and other competent departments shall be provided
 （4） In case of retirement, provide a retirement certificate (5) In case of complete loss of labor ability and termination of labor relationship with the unit, provide an appraisal certificate of complete loss of labor ability and a certificate of termination of labor relationship
 （6） Unemployment certificate shall be provided for those who have not been re employed for five years after termination of labor relationship with the unit
 （7） For those who want to settle down abroad, the certificate of exit and settlement shall be provided
 （8） If the household registration is moved out of the administrative region of the province, the migration certificate shall be provided
 （9） If the principal and interest of the house purchase loan are repaid, the house purchase loan contract shall be provided
 （10） If the rent is paid, the salary income certificate and the housing lease contract shall be provided
 （11） Migrant workers in cities terminate labor relations with the unit, and provide residence registration certificate and certificate of labor relations termination
 （12） Other circumstances specified by the Housing Provident Fund Management Center.
