The boss's abusive words do not violate the Labor Law, but if the employer has one of the following circumstances, it shall be given administrative punishment according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law; If damage is caused to workers, they shall be liable for compensation: (1) forcing workers to work by means of violence, threat or illegal restriction of personal freedom; （2） Commanding in violation of regulations or forcing risky operations to endanger the personal safety of workers; （3） Insulting, corporal punishment, beating, illegally searching or detaining workers; （4） The poor working conditions and serious environmental pollution cause serious damage to the physical and mental health of workers.
 Legal basis
 Article 88 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, trade unions at all levels safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers in accordance with the law, and supervise the employers' compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 Any organization or individual has the right to report and accuse violations of labor laws and regulations.
