According to the law of our country, we should enjoy no less than 98 days of maternity leave.
China's Labor Protection Regulations for Women Workers further stipulates this:
Article 7
Female employees are entitled to 98 days of maternity leave for childbirth, including 15 days of prenatal leave for dystocia, 15 days of additional maternity leave for multiple births, and 15 days of additional maternity leave for each additional baby. If a female employee miscarries before 4 months of pregnancy, she will enjoy 15 days of maternity leave. If she miscarries after 4 months of pregnancy, she will enjoy 42 days of maternity leave.
