Compensation standard for lost time:
 1. Workers with fixed income:
 Lost time cost=Lost time income (day/month/year) * Lost time
 Note: For those with fixed income, compensation for loss of lost time shall be calculated according to the actual reduced loss. Whether the victim can afford it is the question of implementation.
 2. If there is no fixed income, the lost time fee=the total income of the last three years (the average salary of employees in similar industries in the place where the court is located in the previous year) ÷ 3 years ÷ 12 months × the lost time.
 Legal basis
 Article 1179 of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China [Scope of compensation for personal injury] If a person infringes upon another person and causes personal injury, he shall compensate for the reasonable expenses for treatment and rehabilitation, such as medical expenses, nursing expenses, transportation expenses, nutrition expenses, hospital board subsidies, as well as the reduced income due to missed work. If it causes disability, it shall also compensate for the cost of auxiliary equipment and disability compensation; If death is caused, funeral expenses and death compensation shall also be compensated.
