Then submit the application for verification to the municipal, municipal district and county civil affairs departments for examination and approval, and issue the "Certificate of Marital Relationship" or "Certificate of Termination of Marital Relationship" for the party concerned according to law. The relevant certificates reissued have the same legal effect as the Marriage Certificate or the Divorce Certificate. It does not affect your marriage relationship.
