Non natural children have no obligation to support them. However, if the step children are actually supported and educated by the step parents, the step parents have the obligation to support the non biological children. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, parents have the obligation to support, educate and protect their minor children. Adult children have the obligation to support, support and protect their parents. According to the provisions of Article 1067 of this Law, if parents fail to perform their obligations of upbringing, minor children or adult children who cannot live independently have the right to require their parents to pay maintenance fees. Adult children who fail to perform their obligations of support, parents who lack the ability to work or who are in difficulty in life, have the right to demand that adult children pay alimony. According to Article 1072 of the Law, no maltreatment or discrimination shall be allowed between step parents and step children. The provisions of this Law on the relationship between parents and children shall apply to the rights and obligations between the stepfather or stepmother and the stepchildren who are supported and educated by them.
