Are the conditions necessary for children to be given away for upbringing:
1. Orphans bereft of parents
2. Abandoned infants and children whose parents cannot be found
3. Children whose parents have special difficulties and are unable to support them. It is against the law to give your child directly to others for upbringing, unless you go through the adoption and other procedures.
Article 6 of the Adoption Law stipulates that an adopter shall simultaneously meet the following requirements:
1. Childlessness includes the situation that unmarried people have no children, married people have no children and cannot have children due to lack of fertility.
2. Have the ability to support and educate the adoptee.
3. Not suffering from any disease that is medically considered inappropriate for adoption.
4. At least 30 years old.
