Extramarital cohabitation refers to the continuous and stable cohabitation of the spouse and the opposite sex outside the marriage without the name of husband and wife. Extramarital cohabitation requires three conditions to constitute the situation of extramarital cohabitation.

2. Not in the name of husband and wife;
3. Continuous and stable living together. It should be noted here that in civil law, after 2020, the law does not recognize de facto marriage. Therefore, cohabitation of one party with another does not constitute extramarital cohabitation.
