Five days after the conscription physical examination is the political trial, and ten days are over. Before the end of August in the political examination stage of physical examination, the objects to be submitted for examination shall participate in the political examination and comprehensive quality assessment of physical examination according to the requirements notified by the local military service organ. The State implements a military service registration system. Every year, male citizens who have reached the age of 18 by December 31 should register for military service by June 30 of the same year, as arranged by the military service organs of counties, autonomous counties, cities and municipal districts. Those who have registered for military service and passed the preliminary examination are called citizens eligible for enlistment.
 Citizens eligible for enlistment shall, as notified by the military service organs of counties, autonomous counties, cities or municipal districts, go to the designated physical examination stations for physical examination on time. Citizens eligible for enlistment who meet the conditions for active service and have been approved by the military service organs of counties, autonomous counties, cities or municipal districts shall be enlisted for active service.
