1、 Affordable housing can be inherited, and is not subject to the 5-year listing limit, but the nature of affordable housing remains unchanged after inheritance. That is, the re listing still needs to meet the conditions of 5 years from the date of obtaining the property certificate for the first time. If it expires, it needs to apply again, so children cannot inherit.
 2、 According to the provisions of the Law on the Administration of Real Estate, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, there is no restriction on the term of use of land acquired by means of allocation in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The land use right of affordable housing is obtained by means of allocation, so there is no clear provision on the service life. Article 3 of the Inheritance Law
 Legacy is the legal personal property left by a citizen when he dies, including:
