 1. Pre litigation mediation: Pre litigation mediation is the mediation before litigation.  2. Pre court mediation: before the formal hearing, the presiding judge will generally call the other party to the court to accept the mediation presided by the judge. Most courts generally ask for the opinions of both parties for pre court mediation. If one party clearly expresses its unwillingness to accept mediation, the judge will skip this link and directly enter the trial procedure.
 3. Mediation in litigation: for the first divorce case, if there is no legal reason for divorce, the court will focus on mediation and reconciliation. If the other party agrees to divorce, the judge will not go further into the emotional part, but will directly enter into substantive issues such as child rearing and property division.
