Article 40 Anyone who transports fireworks and firecrackers by road and commits one of the following acts shall be ordered by the public security department to make corrections and be fined between 200 yuan and 2000 yuan: (1) Violating the transportation permit; （2） Failing to carry the Fireworks and Firecrackers Road Transport Permit with the vehicle; （3） The transport vehicle does not hang or install warning signs for inflammable and explosive dangerous goods that meet the national standards; （4） The loading of fireworks and firecrackers does not conform to the relevant national standards and norms; （5） The carriage carrying fireworks and firecrackers carries people; （6） Driving at a speed exceeding the specified speed of dangerous goods transport vehicles; （7） There is no specially assigned person to guard the transport vehicles when they stop on the way; （8） Failing to return the Fireworks and Firecrackers Road Transport License to the issuing authority for verification within the specified time after arrival at the destination. Article 41 Those who carry fireworks and firecrackers by public transport, or send fireworks and firecrackers by mail, or carry fireworks and firecrackers in checked baggage, parcels or mail, shall be confiscated by the public security department of the fireworks and firecrackers illegally carried, mailed or carried, and may also be fined not less than 200 yuan but not more than 1000 yuan.
