Juvenile workers refer to workers who have reached the age of 16 but not the age of 18, also known as juvenile workers. Juvenile workers are the subject of the Labor Law, and enjoy the ability to work rights and labor behavior. Child labor is under the age of 16 and cannot be the subject of labor law.

China's labor law stipulates that employers are prohibited from recruiting minors under the age of 16. Units of literature and art, sports and special arts and crafts that recruit minors under the age of 16 must, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, go through the formalities of examination and approval and guarantee their right to receive compulsory education.

    Legal basis

Article 15 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China prohibits employers from recruiting minors under the age of 16.
Units of literature and art, sports and special arts and crafts that recruit minors under the age of 16 must abide by the relevant provisions of the State and guarantee their right to receive compulsory education.
