The indictment of inheritance disputes generally includes four parts:
First, the identity information of the plaintiff and defendant. Including: name, gender, age, nationality, occupation, work unit, address and contact information. If the plaintiff and defendant are legal persons, the address and the name, position and contact information of the legal representative or main responsible person shall also be indicated;
Second, specific claims. The litigation claims of inheritance disputes generally include: requirements for inheriting the share of specific property under the name of the decedent according to law, etc. Third, specific facts and reasons. The factual part of inheritance disputes can generally be developed around the relationship between the heir and the decedent, inheritance of property, inheritance rights, etc. The reason part is mainly the basic norms of the inheritance law for our claims.
Fourth, as the plaintiff, the plaintiff must sign. Inheritance disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where the decedent died or the court of the place where the main estate is located.
