The preparation materials of the legal person for the change of business license are complete, which can be completed within 15 days at the earliest. However, after the change of legal person, the tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, bank corporate account and bank organization letter of credit supporting the business license will all be changed, and the whole process will come down. It will take one month at the earliest to complete the renewal procedures. Therefore, it depends on the local work efficiency.
 Article 11 of the Regulations on the Administration of the Registration of Industrial and Commercial Enterprises stipulates that industrial and commercial enterprises that change their names, economic nature, scope of production and business operations and modes of production and business operations shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, go through registration of changes with the municipal and county administrations for industry and commerce within 30 days after approval. Any change in other registered items shall be reported in writing to the municipal and county administrations for industry and commerce at the end of the year.
