Wearing slippers to drive is an act that hinders safe driving. If caught by the traffic police, 3 points will be deducted and a fine will be imposed.
 1、 When wearing slippers to step on the brake, it is very easy to slip on the soles of the feet, step on the soles incorrectly, or even step on the brake pedal, which seriously affects driving safety. Drivers who are accustomed to wearing slippers are recommended to prepare a pair of flat shoes on the vehicle and change them before driving to ensure driving safety.
 2、 The scoring cycle is 12 months, and the full score is 12 points. The scoring period shall be calculated consecutively from the date when the motor vehicle driver first obtains the motor vehicle driving license, or cumulatively from the date when the temporary motor vehicle driving license is obtained for the first time. If the score reaches full score, the motor vehicle driver shall participate in full score study and examination according to regulations.
 3、 Violation handling method:
 1. The owner needs to bring his driver's license and driving book to any traffic police team or administrative comprehensive processing hall where the vehicle is illegal or registered for processing.
 2. If there is no point deduction for violation of regulations, you can directly go to the ICBC self-service payment machine or pay the fine online.
 3. If there are points deducted, you must go to the traffic police team to confirm violations and deduct points before you can pay the fine.
 4. The best way to deal with non local violations is to go to the traffic police team in the area where the violations are committed, so as to prevent the phenomenon that the non local violations can not be eliminated when they are dealt with locally.
 5. You can also bind the "Traffic Management 12123" APP. After binding, you can handle violations on it. Note: Only violations after binding can be handled.

 Item (6) of Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Scoring of Illegal Acts in Road Traffic Safety, a motor vehicle driver who commits one of the following illegal acts in traffic shall be scored 3 points at a time:
 （6） Driving a motor vehicle with behaviors that hinder safe driving, such as dialing or answering a handset.
 In Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, motor vehicle drivers who violate the road traffic safety laws and regulations on road passage shall be given a warning or fined between 20 yuan and 200 yuan. If this Law provides otherwise, punishment shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions.
