 Legal basis
 Article 25 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers, where business operators sell goods through the Internet, television, telephone, mail order and other means, consumers have the right to return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving reasons, except for the following goods: (1) ordered by consumers; （2） Fresh and perishable; （3） Digital goods such as audio and video products, computer software downloaded online or unpacked by consumers; （4） Newspapers and periodicals delivered. Except for the commodities listed in the preceding paragraph, other commodities that are not suitable for return according to the nature of the commodities and confirmed by consumers at the time of purchase shall not be returned without reason. The goods returned by consumers shall be in good condition. The business operator shall return the commodity price paid by the consumer within seven days after receiving the returned commodity. The freight of returned goods shall be borne by consumers; Where there is another agreement between business operators and consumers, the agreement shall prevail.
