If the above cases are additional claims, the people's court may not combine the cases and inform the parties to claim for another case. However, if the other party agrees to answer the request, considering the particularity of the divorce case, it may be allowed to hear the request together, and the court shall re designate the time limit for adducing evidence, or it shall be agreed between the parties.
